Due to subzero temperatures across the state right before Christmas, AGC West TN suffered water damage to its office space when a sprinkler system in the offices above ours froze and burst. It was an extended amount of time before the damage was discovered; therefore all walls, baseboards, flooring, carpets and cabinets will need to be torn out to repair water damage and provide mold remediation. In the meantime, we’ve found some temporary office space in the same complex, but phone access has also been affected. While repairs are underway, AGC Executive Director Robin Terry requests that phone calls be made to 901.859.1226. The association is fully up and running and despite the damages, it’s business as usual!
