Meet our June Spotlight Members
West Tennessee Region General Contractor member White Construction & Associates is a long-standing member and strong supporter of AGC of Tennessee. President of WCA, Chuck White, has served as Treasurer on the board of the West TN General Construction PAC for the past several years, and both he and his father, Charlie, have served as President of the West TN Region. Chuck has a heart for the association and for the construction industry, naming membership recruitment and support as one important task the association provides the industry across Tennessee. White Corporate has two divisions: White Construction & Associates and Memphis Road Boring, providing civil construction services for design/build projects across the south, including earthwork, roadway construction, municipal utilities construction, environmental services and railroad service and maintenance. In partnership with Bill Dance Signature Lake Team, White Construction & Associates has been named “my contractor of choice” by Bill Dance himself, working on quality lake and property design and remediation for failing lakes and levees. The company’s support for AGC continues, as sister company Memphis Road Boring President Tommy Sander currently serves as the contractor representative from West TN on our state AGC of TN Board of Directors. Our June Specialty Contractor Member in the Spotlight is Certapro Painters. This Knoxville Region member was recently awarded the Certa Cup. The Certa Cup is the most prestigious award in the painting industry and CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee won against nearly 400 other CertaPro businesses across North America.
