Meet our February Spotlight Members
Our February General Contractor in the spotlight is Kiewit Infrastructure South. This member joined our West Tennessee Region in 2021, and just a few months later won the contract for repair of the Hernando Desoto Bridge in Memphis. The crack in the structure that closed the bridge to traffic was discovered in May, 2021, and just 83 days later, in August, the bridge repairs were completed and traffic was allowed to utilize the structure once again. As a part of AGC of Tennessee’s West Tennessee region, Kiewit has stepped up and contributed its expertise as a technology instructor in our Construction Leadership Academy, exposing the students to a variety of tools that are used to make construction companies more efficient, safer, and the work easier. We look forward to growing our relationship with Kiewit. Learn more about this great member!
