The Associated General Contractors Of Tennessee

CULTURE OF CARE

The Culture of CARE is an initiative created in partnership between the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and the AGC of Washington to advance the construction industry as the industry of choice for diverse and talented workers by building inclusive work environments in construction firms nationwide.  AGC of Tennessee has joined many AGC chapters across the country in embracing AGC's Culture of CARE and in adopting AGC of America's diversity statement:

As the nation’s leading construction industry trade association, AGC is committed to helping our member companies achieve their business goals. AGC provides the broadest menu of educational programs, member benefits and advocacy efforts to ensure that our member firms can successfully compete and that their employees have the opportunity to advance in their careers.  AGC fully embraces diversity within its membership. People of diverse backgrounds, opinions, perspectives, experiences, and ideas bring creativity and vitality that maximizes member engagement at all levels of the association. Fostering an environment that is welcoming and inclusive to all individuals is essential to achieving our mission and places our members in a position to contribute to the industry’s future success.
